Portrait of a Working Girl

Miss Josie is working girl perfection. With her rounded wheelhouse, peeling paint, and sultry sway in the water, she carries a “been there-done that” attitude only attained through years of hard work. Surrounded by a symphony of blues, and a worried sky, she waits for her next run on the water.

At the 2020 Cape Fear Studios 10th National 2D Competition and Exhibit, Portrait of a Working Girl was awarded Best in Show by juror JJ Jiang.
